Another month has went by again and it’s time for the Secret Recipe Club reveal day! This month I was assigned Mommy’s Menu. She’s the mom of seven children. WOW. She’s my hero! Plus she finds time to blog. I don’t know how she does it!

When I saw this recipe that included chicken, bacon and ranch PLUS pasta I knew I was a goner. I loving refer to this combo as “Crack”. It’s my crack in life! It was a super simple dish to throw together. I’m sure in Toni’s life that’s a must just like most of the rest of consider this a must!

Crack {Chicken, Bacon, Ranch} Pasta

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Yield: 4

Crack {Chicken, Bacon, Ranch} Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Real Bacon Bits
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked & shredded
  • 2 Tbs. dry ranch salad dressing mix
  • 2 Tbsp Flour
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 4 cups dried medium noodles
  • 1 Tbs. finely shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Boil chicken in water for 20 minutes. Drain. Shred in stand mixer or with two forks. Put back in saucepan. Add bacon bits, flour and ranch dressing. Stir well to coat chicken. Stir in milk, cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook 1 minute more.
  3. Serve over noodles & sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

  19. I am definitely going to try this recipe this week.I love that you referred to it as “crack”. We have a locally owned diner in my town that makes their own ranch dressing. Anything that I order when I go there I always get ranch to dip it in. My friend and I call it “crack ranch”!
