With the house project going on I’m always looking for super simple ideas to provide a lunch on Saturday while we have people out there helping us. My lovely sis-in-law served this last summer at the lake and I knew it was going to come in handy sometime. This was the time!
You just buy pre-cut ham or take a ham to your deli and have them cut it for you. Obviously whichever is cheaper is the way to go in my book! Then mix up the cheese sauce, throw it in the crock-pot and you are ready to rock in roll. Love these kinds of “meals” don’t you? I almost feel guilty serving them!
As for the house. It’s slowly coming along. I have the nursery and our master bedroom painted. So nice to actually see some color on the walls of my choosing. I think I’ll just hide in the rooms every time I’m visiting our future home and ignore the mess everywhere else. Sounds completely logically doesn’t it? Goal by the end of the weekend is to be done painting Miss K’s big girl room, the office and the laundry room. We will see if that actually happens!
Make sure you don’t miss any of the fun stuff Julie’s Eats & Treats is up too!
