So the story goes like this. I’m a HUGE fan of planing out my meals for the week. I swing by the grocery store usually late Sunday night when it’s dead, grab my groceries minus my child and I’m set (for the most part) for the week. Obviously this doesn’t always work, but it usually does and it is so much less stressful for me every week. Now don’t get me wrong things come up, meals change but I always know I have “options” even if I change the days. When I get home from work the LAST thing I want to do is figure out what to make. If I have a list I just pick a meal!
I’m going to try out “Thursday JEMS (Julie’s Easy Mealplans)” where I post my weekly meal plan. I hope this helps you for ideas and gets you going on your meal plan. Once you start you’ll never look back! If you enjoy these posts please let me know and I’ll keep posting them!

I want that shrimp pasta. NOW! I love meal planning, but some weeks (like this one) I forget and I end up at the store every darn day!

I started planning my meals a couple months ago and have loved how it saves a little money along with being more organized! I don’t just buy (as many) random things that look good and end up wasting them. I love this idea and am looking forward to more posts! Thanks!

It saves me on a stress level too! I just hated coming home and staring at the fridge and cupboards for inspiration!
