Last night I had my first night back playing volleyball since Miss RJ. Let’s just say I’m a little out of practice! I’ve been doing the Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred and I thought I was doing great from it. Well, last night I tried to run and I quickly learned that my knees are suffering from it. I could hardly run they hurt so bad! I think it’s from all the impact moves and squats. I have bad knees to start with and this isn’t helping. I had noticed they hurt when I do certain moves but just shrugged it off. I’m so disappointed because I think it was actually firming things up if you ya know what I mean. So today I’ll be looking for some lower impact workouts that I can do instead. If you have any suggestions I’d love to hear them. Here is to getting OLD and my body isn’t what it used to be!

    Ouch! Jillian definitely kicks your butt! I’m ashamed to say that I didn’t even last 3 weeks with her. Just way too intense!
    And oh gosh, you just reminded me that I HAVE to add your buffalo ranch chicken pizza to the dinner menu for next week! Yuuuum. 🙂
