Bacon Wrapped Chicken Bites ~ Only Four Ingredients in this Small Bite Appetizer! Seasoned Chicken Wrapped in Bacon and Topped with BBQ Sauce!
Whoop Whoop this is my kind of food! If you’ve been reading this blog for a while you know that I’m all about appetizers. If I could make meals out of them I surely would! I love that these BBQ Bacon Wrapped Chicken Bites are only four ingredients. Score! Home Run! They start out with a piece of chicken that’s been seasoned for a little kick, wrap them in bacon, brush them with BBQ sauce and bake them! Done!
Ingredients Needed to Make BBQ Bacon Wrapped Chicken Bites!
- Bacon strips
- Boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1 inch cubes
- BBQ Sauce
- Montreal Steak Seasoning
They are perfect for parties, especially that one that’s right on the horizon. The SUPER BOWL! Who’s ready? If you need me tonight I’ll be sitting here taking in the Vikings game. How about that play last week? I’ll admit it. I had totally wrote them off. Done. Over. Another let down. You see, if you don’t follow the Vikings, then I need to enlighten you quickly. They always let us down. They are known for choking. Majorly. Story of the Minnesota curse.
Therefore, I totally was like HERE WE GO AGAIN. Then the Minneapolis Miracle happened and we are all chanting, BRING IT HOME! Wouldn’t that be amazing? Hosting a Super Bowl that the Vikings get to play in?
It would be AWESOME! So fun! I’ll admit it that I am not a real big football fan. If you ask me, I’ll happily admit that I’m more into watching games for the food like these BBQ Bacon Wrapped Chicken Bites, Kicking Bacon Wrapped Chicken Bites or maybe BBQ Bacon Ranch Football Cheese Ball, Crack Dip, Bacon Ranch Chicken Salad Stuffed Tomatoes !or Spicy Crock Pot Cheesy Hamburger Dip!
I’m also a little bit crazy when it comes to sports. I’m just a wee bit intense. After watching me at a few of my niece’s and nephew’s games when we first got married, my husband quickly informed me that he might be sitting away from me at our future kid’s games. I wasn’t like CRAY, CRAY, but I was on my feet, cheering, gasping, getting a bit nervous, you know all that jazz.
I think he thought when it was our kids it might intensify to the point where I would be embarrassing. I’m positive this would never errrrr happen of course. Not at all. I wouldn’t be that crazy Mom screaming at the refs over bad calls or anything like that.
I remember parents being like that when I played sports and I was like, oh my goodness, you have got to be kidding! In fact, I remember my father yelling at me one time. One time you guys, that’s all it took. Well, ok, it was more than that in one specific game. I also remember after a dead play looking at him and telling him shut his pie hole. Whoops. We still laugh about it.
My thought was, you never played basketball how dare you tell me how to play! Ahhhh, to be young again and know everything!
I can tell you one thing that I know how to do. I know how to make some amazing quick and easy appetizers like BBQ Bacon Wrapped Chicken Bites! Only a few ingredients and tools are needed to make these.

This recipe says “Seasoned Chicken Wrapped in BBQ and Topped with BBQ Sauce!
