Ranch Ground Chicken Burger is a juicy, delicious chicken burger recipe made of ground chicken and flavored with ranch! It’s a quick, weeknight dinner solution that the entire family will love. Mix up your burger routine and make a chicken burger!
So, burgers are one of those things we usually make during the summer so seeing as we’re heading into the colder months we will really miss our grill! Goodbye, BBQ Tenderloin and Grilled Corn – we’ll miss you! The hardest are the burgers, though. I love grilled burgers!
So, as much as I’m looking forward to baking more and making cozy dinners I’m always a little sad when we clean and cover the grill for the winter. So, you might be wondering – well, if grilling season is over for you what’s with the chicken burgers? I’m so glad you asked! I cooked these easy Chicken Burgers with Ranch using my – are you ready for it? – broiler. Yep, these juicy burgers cook in about 10 minutes in the oven, but you’d never know. They totally look and taste like they were grilled!
My sister-in-law told me about this recipe for chicken burgers. We usually stick with beef burgers or turkey burgers, so I was curious about using ground chicken to make a burger. I played around with the recipe she shared – I changed it a lot and mixed it up – and (spoiler alert!) they are yummy! Obviously, they have ranch dressing on them because you know how we love our ranch around here! Maybe I’ll throw some bacon bits in next time. You know how I roll.
Tender chicken burgers dripping with ranch – you know I’m in love! I think you will be, too, when you see how easy they are to make!

I love how the burgers get the same kind of marks – it looks like they were grilled! They are juicy and so delicious on the toasted buns. And all that drippy ranch…. well, you already know how I feel about that! Will I give up grilled burgers? Probably not, but these broiled burgers will keep me very happy as I wait for grilling season next year!

We tried these last night and absolutely loved them. Hubby even braved the rain to grill them outside. They were so flavorful and were the perfect consistency. My package of ground chicken was 1.5 lbs., so I increased all the ingredients by half and got six good-sized burgers. Really glad bc now we can have some for lunch. Thanks for a great recipe!

Awesome!

I just hopped over to your site from Chef In Training to this wonderful recipe! However, I’ve never used my broiler either (except to hurry and brown the top of a cheesy casserole), so I was wondering what temperature to set the broiler to for burgers? My oven automatically chooses 500 degrees but it can be adjusted. Thanks!
Julie Evink says
Hi! My settings on my stove are Hi and Lo so I’m not really of much help! I would try the 500 and if it starts to cook to fast on the outside I’d just turn it down a bit 🙂
Staci A. says
Did you use the Hi or Low broiler setting??
Julie Evink says
I use the Hi setting.

Angeline says
But there is no ranch in them? I think they sound good and I like the idea of using the broiler, but where is the ranch? Is it supposed to be ranch instead of bbq sauce, maybe??? Just checking 🙂
Julie says
Angeline! Thanks for catching that. I added the Ranch dressing to the recipe and you top the burgers with. Sorry!
Becca says
How much ranch should be put in the burger?
Julie Evink says
Just on top of the burger!
Lisa says
I put the ranch in the burgers by mistake. They were a little sticky to work with but tasted great!!!
Julie Evink says
Glad to hear they still worked Lisa!
