Wow what a week! I’m exhausted and looking forward to a slower week…wait that’s not happening! This week I was busy getting ready for a Stop & Shop Event for Drops of Sunshine. A few of my friends had a grand idea that I should have an open house so they could see the clothes, try them on and purchase them. It was actually a grand idea! From what I could tell everyone had a good time, I had a good turn out and people raved about the clothes, which is always nice to hear since I’m always nervous about my fashion sense!
Personally I think everything is adorable but that’s just my opinion! I asked if they’d like it to be a semi-annual event, once in the fall and once in the spring, and so far they’ve told me yes!
This week we are rolling into a week full of Vacation Bible School for Miss K. It’s the first time she’s has went to it so I’m interested to see how it goes. Her two cousins are going to join her so that should help!
It’s also my birthday this week and I think we are going to try to sneak out to eat that night, but it almost sounds like more work than it’s worth! Anyone else get to that point? Hopefully this is temporary and it changes in a few years!
The hubs took Friday off so we are heading back to the lake next weekend for a bit longer, but it looks kinda cold so that’s a bummer!
