Ingredient Notes
It helps if the cream cheese is room temperature when you mix the dip. Makes it a lot easier to combine it with the other ingredients. So, remember to take it out of the fridge an hour or so before you plan to make the dip.
The cream cheese is mixed with mayo which adds a lot of richness and flavor.
Mozzarella cheese adds some cheesy goodness!
You will need chopped pepperoni to mix into the dip and pepperoni slices to create the football on top.
The only seasoning you need is garlic powder – you don’t need any extra salt because there’s plenty in the mayo and pepperoni.
To create a football decoration on top all you need is a piece of string cheese and sliced pepperonis. It’s really easy to make.

How to Make It
This is an easy three-step pepperoni pizza dip recipe! Just mix, add the pepperoni football topping, and bake!

Mix: Cream the mayo and garlic powder with the cream cheese until well combined. Stir in the chopped pepperoni and one cup of the mozzarella cheese.
Make the football decoration: Spread the cheese mixture into your prepared pan. Place the sliced pepperoni in a football shape on top. Slice the string cheese lengthwise into four strips. Place on strip on top of the pepperonis and then use the other strips to create the football laces.
Bake: Place the dip in the oven and bake it for 25 minutes at 375°F or until it’s golden on top and bubbling around the edges.
