- Make a batch of these rollups in just 15 minutes. Not long at all, which is perfect if you have hungry kiddos waiting.

Ingredients for Grilled Cheese Roll Ups Recipe
- Bread – I used sliced white bread in this recipe, but you can use whole wheat or another favorite type of bread. The only thing I would steer away from is bread that has a lot of seeds in it because they may effect the ability to roll and seal the bread.
- Cheese – You can use whatever type of cheese that you want! From American cheese, to cheddar cheese, Monterey jack cheese, or even swiss cheese. All that matters is that by the end of this recipe you have gooey and melty cheese at the center of these rollups.
- Butter – The key to a good grilled cheese is melted butter of course! Getting that buttery goodness to soak into the bread makes for a tasty and crispy grilled cheese sandwich, and it’s the same for this recipe too.
