Chicken Bites
A few of our favorite appetizers for parties and watching the big game are Crock Pot Cheesy Hamburger Dip, Pepperoni Pizza Sliders and these Chicken Bites!
I think half the fun of having people over is making food to share with them.
Food is my love language. We should probably rewrite that book to the six love languages!
Who’s with me on that?
Plus, appetizers are awesome because they are little and you can eat more of them, right? Rationalization at it’s finest right there!

So glad you enjoyed them Julia!
Darlene DeVita says
YUMMMMMMM!! Not sure a crock pot would work for the bacon, you need the crunch.
margaret says
can you freeze the chicken bites after
their baked
Julie Evink says
You can, but when thawing the chicken bites the bacon will not be crispy when serving and I don’t think they’d turn out very good!
Aurelia says
How many bites did this recipe make?
Julie Evink says
I would guess around 48.
Tasha Galinaitis says
would this work with pork???
Julie Evink says
I can’t guarantee it because I’ve never tried it. I would think it would just watch the cooking time to make sure it’s cooked through.
Lokness @ The Missing Lokness says

Christine says
Is it possible to switch up this recipe to be cooked in a crock pot?
Julie Evink says
I’m worried the bacon wouldn’t get crunchy if you did it like that but you can always give it a shot!
