Parmesan Garlic Snack Mix ~ Loaded with Chex, Pretzels, White Cheddar Cheez Its, Rye Chips and topped with Parmesan & Garlic seasoning!
This fantastic snack mix was part of that epic weekend also. Michelle when are you coming back? I need more awesome recipes to post about!
My lovely friends over at Kernel Season’s let me pick out three different seasonings to try. Wow was that hard. They all look awesome and I love popcorn so I’m ready to try them all! It’s also fun to make different things with them. One of them that I picked out was Parmesan Garlic. I just knew it had snack mix calling it’s name for sure!
I know cookies are awesome at Christmas but there’s something about a good snack mix that calls my name too. Last year I posted my Great Aunt Eunice’s Snack Mix. Yup. My Great Aunt was named Eunice. Other relatives inclued Grandpa Ernest, Great Uncle Rueben, Grandma Edith, Grandpa Clarence. As I sit here and giggle at these names I sure wonder what my grand kids will think of my name. I’m going with … nothing good. It’s amazing how time changes isn’t it?
My mom was just looking at Miss K’s 6 month pictures and remarking how she’ll make so much fun of what I dressed her in let alone what I wore. I imagine it going something like this…
“Boots Mom? Seriously? You look like a hooker!”
“But they were in style Kinzee. I promise”
“No way were they ever in Mom. You were dreaming. Not possible.” Followed by a LONG eye roll.
I of course never did this to my mom. Right Mom? …. Silence… Eye Roll…. I imagine my mom rolling her eyes….
If you need a quick and easy snack for the holidays or New Year’s Eve this is great! Yes. New Year’s Eve. I can’t believe that’s coming up too !
