Sriracha Chicken Bacon Ranch Skewers ~ Chicken Marinated in Bacon Ranch and Kicked up with Sriracha then Grilled on Skewers with Bacon!
Some things go together in life. Like Peanut Butter & Jelly, Chocolate & Peanut Butter, Salt & Pepper…. you get my drift right?
In this listing there is Bacon and Ranch. It always goes together. I don’t really care what you put it on but it’s amazing together. The perfect marriage. When you add a third ingredient to this mixture, chicken, it’s out of this world. It becomes the perfect threesome…
For the record I’m not always for threesomes, but when it comes to Chicken, Bacon and Ranch I’m totally for it! When I saw Hidden Valley Bacon Ranch Dressing I fell a little bit, or a lot a bit in love. How had I not known this existed before? I must have been living under a rock. I’m so excited thinking about all this things I can smother this in. Perfection my friends.
Have you seen how many amazing things that Hidden Valley has? I never knew half of it existed! Tons of flavors and way more than just salad dressing!
After I came down off my high I knew I had to create something with chicken to add to this perfect flavor combo. Then I knew Sriracha would be the perfect addition after that. It’s the HOT new thing. Literally.
My little bro-in-law came over after eating Sriracha on his sub this pasta weekend I thought I saw flames coming out from his mouth. Begging me for something to cool off his mouth I took pity on him and gave him a big glass of milk. Then I fed him a treat. Best Sister-In-Law ever aren’t I? I’m not sure he thought so since he’s in a weight loss competition at work!
I’m so excited for grilling season that is coming soon or is here for some of you! We broke out the grill for the first time this year to test these amazing Sriracha Chicken Bacon Ranch Skewers out. It was a gorgeous spring day with temps in the 50s and I was in denial of the Blizzard Watch for the next day. I’m still in denial.
Chicken is marinated in Hidden Valley Bacon Ranch Dressing then threaded onto skewers with bacon. So easy, but so flavorful. The Hidden Valley Bacon Ranch Dressing keeps the chicken moist and flavorful. I’m in love. With the entire combination.
I’m also dreaming of more Bacon Ranch inspired recipes!
