Last night I had my first night back playing volleyball since Miss RJ. Let’s just say I’m a little out of practice! I’ve been doing the Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred and I thought I was doing great from it. Well, last night I tried to run and I quickly learned that my knees are suffering from it. I could hardly run they hurt so bad! I think it’s from all the impact moves and squats. I have bad knees to start with and this isn’t helping. I had noticed they hurt when I do certain moves but just shrugged it off. I’m so disappointed because I think it was actually firming things up if you ya know what I mean. So today I’ll be looking for some lower impact workouts that I can do instead. If you have any suggestions I’d love to hear them. Here is to getting OLD and my body isn’t what it used to be!
