1 ½ lbs ground beef ¾ c. Italian style breadcrumbs 1 Tbsp dried parsley flakes 1 tsp minced garlic 1 tsp onion powder 1 egg beaten ¼ c. grated parmesan cheese 1 tsp salt ¼ tsp ground black pepper

Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, onion, egg, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Mix until just combined.

Shape beef mixture into 1 inch meatballs and place in the air fryer basket. Make sure they are not touching.

Cook meatballs at 400 degrees F for about 10 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 degrees F.

Remove from the air fryer and keep warm while you repeat with the rest of the meatballs.
