1 lb pork sausage½ c diced yellow onion1-8 oz can Pillsbury crescent rolls or 1 can crescent dough sheet10 eggs½ c milk½ teaspoon black pepper½ teaspoon salt1 c shredded mozzarella cheese 2 c shredded cheddar cheese
If you are using crescent rolls unroll them and place side-by-side in the baking dish, pressing seams together to seal. If you are using a crescent dough sheet, unroll and place in a baking dish stretching if needed to cover the entire bottom of the dish. Set aside.
While the sausage is cooking, combine eggs, milk, pepper and salt in a mixing bowl. Whisk to combine. Add Mozzarella cheese and one cup of cheddar cheese, stir to combine.
Sprinkle cooked sausage mixture over the top of crescent roll dough in the baking dish. Then pour the egg mixture on top. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
