1 c all-purpose flour1 c old fashioned oatmeal¾ c butter melted1 c brown sugar½ teaspoon baking soda¼ teaspoon salt32 caramels⅓ c half & half½ c semi-sweet chocolate chips
In a saucepan melt caramels in ⅓ cup half & half together on medium heat, stirring frequently. Pour caramel over crumb mixture and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
