Start by making hard-boiled eggs and let them cool in an ice bath. Remove the shells and slice the eggs in half.
Scoop out the yolks and place them in a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk. Then, pipe the mixture back to the white.
Sprinkle with paprika and refrigerate until ready to serve.
