Wash, scrub, and dry the potatoes. Cut them into cubes and cook. Drain and set aside.
Boil the eggs, then place them in a bowl of ice water to cool. Dry the eggs, peel them, and cut them into chunks.
Combine the ingredients for the dressing. Mince the dill and add it to the dressing. Stir to combine.
Place the potatoes and chopped eggs in a large bowl. Drizzle some of the dressing and fold it in. Continue adding as much dressing as you like. Garnish and serve.
