Combine sour cream, cream cheese and taco seasoning in a medium bowl until smooth.
Spread on 9×13 in pan. Cover mixture with salsa. Then sprinkle cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and black olives on top.
Cover and refrigerate until serving. Serve with chips.
