1 lb ground pork or beef 2 garlic cloves 14 oz coleslaw mix ¼ c soy sauce ½ tsp ginger powder 1 egg 1 Tbsp sesame oil Sriracha 2 Tbsp green onions

In a large skillet over medium-high heat cook and crumble ground pork or beef. Heat until no longer pink 6-8 minutes; drain off grease. Add garlic to pan and Sautee for 30 seconds.

Add the coleslaw mix, soy sauce, and ground ginger to skillet. Sautee until the coleslaw is wilted.

Make a well in the center of the skillet and add the egg. Scramble until done over low heat.

Drizzle sesame oil over the skillet. Sprinkle with green onions if desired. If you'd like a little heat drizzle sriracha over the top.

Serve immediately. We like to serve it with cauliflower rice or rice.
