MonSTER COOKIES

1 cup unsalted butter 1 cup brown sugar  ¾ cup granulated sugar 2 eggs 2 teaspoons vanilla 2 ¼ cups all purpose flour ¾ cup cocoa powder 1 teaspoons baking powder ¼ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules  1 ¼ cup halloween M&M candies 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips 50- 60 candy eyeballs

Ingredients

In a large bowl combine softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar together on medium speed with a hand mixer or stand mixer until blended and fluffy.

Add in the eggs and vanilla and mix until fully blended for another minute. Set aside.

In a medium bowl whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and coffee granules until well blended.

Add the flour mixture to the butter sugar mixture a little at a time and mix on low speed until full combined, about 3 minutes.

Stir in the chocolate chips and m&m candies with a wooden spoon until evenly combined.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate it for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and scoop cookie dough into 1 1/2 inch cookie balls spacing them out 1-2 inches apart

Add candy eyes to the top of the cookies using a combination of small, medium or large eyes to create one of a kind monsters!

Bake for 8-10 minutes until the edges are set and the middle is soft, they will not look done but they will set once out, don’t over bake!
