PIZZA

Preheat oven to 500 degrees F. Place pizza pan or stone in oven while it preheats. Turn pizza dough onto a lightly flour surface. Stretch and flatten the dough to your desired pizza size using a rolling pin or your fingers, about 12 inches.

Remove the pizza pan from the oven, sprinkle with a thin layer of flour and transfer to the pizza dough to it. Use a fork to press holes in the dough. Drizzle olive oil on pizza dough and brush it evenly over the dough.

Top with pizza sauce, cheese and pepperoni, or desired toppings.

Bake for 8-12 minutes. Make sure to check the crust even if the cheese is melted as this takes longer to crisp up.

Remove pizza from oven, cut into slices and enjoy.
