"I just discovered these mini chicken pot pies! Am I the last to know! This recipe is a real “keeper!” There is no need for people to re-write this recipe. Delicious just as you suggest. To re-heat, I microwave for a few seconds, and then warm them in the toaster oven or regular oven. The crust is crisp and the the “pie” part is warm. So easy and really good. -Rodney

 Stir together the vegetables, chicken, soup, cheese, garlic powder, and onions.

Place each biscuit into a greased muffin cup. Press the bottom and up the sides. Then, divide the chicken mixture among the dough

Pull the edges of the dough over the filling towards the center. Pleat and pinch to hold in place.
