No Peek Chicken


Long-grain white rice Cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soup Chicken broth Boneless chicken breasts Onion soup mix


In a medium bowl, mix the rice, both kinds of soup, and chicken broth. Pour into a prepared baking dish.


Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture and sprinkle the onion soup mix over the top.


Cover the baking dish with foil and bake the casserole for one hour and 15 minutes or until the meat is cooked through.
