Red, White & Blue



1 box vanilla cake mix 1 pound strawberries washed and dried (tops on) 1 cup white melting chocolate  Assortment of sprinkles

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Place the white chocolate pieces into a medium microwaveable bowl. Microwave on 50% power for 30 seconds at a time, stirring after each time. 

Carefully hold the strawberry by the stem and dip into the melted chocolate, leaving the top third uncovered. 

Immediately spoon the sprinkles carefully onto the bottom third of the strawberry, leaving a plain white center band.

Place the dipped strawberries on the baking sheet lined with the parchment paper.

Let strawberries sit for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate sets. After the chocolate is set, place the dipped berries on a tray and serve.
