According to the instructions on the back of your box of cake mix, preheat the oven and mix the cake batter together. Place cupcake liners in the muffin pan and bake 24 cupcakes and then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Once cool, scoop frosting into a piping bag with a ½ inch round tip. Frost cupcakes keeping the center of the frosting higher than the edges.
Place two pretzels into the backside of the cupcakes. Then four candy corns for feathers and one for the beak. Brown M&Ms into the side as wings and candy eyeballs.
