Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with foil, then coat with cooking spray.
Place ham, flat side down, in the prepared pan. Add ¼ cup water to the bottom of the pan. Then cover ham and pan with aluminum foil.
Place in preheated oven and bake for 1 ½ hours.
In a small saucepan, combine pineapple, brown sugar, honey, mustard, salt, and cornstarch, stir to combine.
Cook over medium-high heat until bubbly, stirring constantly. Once fully bubbling, turn down heat to low and continue simmering while stirring for 1 minute longer.
Remove foil and pour glaze over ham. Cover ham again and bake for another 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit. Baste occasionally, if desired.
Once cooked, remove ham from pan and slice. Pour glaze from the roasting pan into a gravy boat to serve alongside the ham.
