Homemade Fudgsicle

Cool off this summer with a Fudgsicle that's homemade. Smooth, creamy and the perfect summer snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 ⅔ cups milk we used 2% - Higher fat percentage is a creamier result
  • 3.9 ounce box of instant chocolate pudding

Instructions

  • Whisk milk and chocolate pudding mix in a large mixing bowl until creamy.
  • Pour pudding mixture into 6 popsicle molds, insert popsicle sticks and freeze overnight or until hardened.

Notes

  • If you have a deep freezer, place the popsicles in there instead of your indoor fridge freezer. Deep freezer tend to be colder, so your popsicles may freeze more quickly.
  • To make these fudgesicles extra creamy, mix in some Greek yogurt.
  • This recipe make 6 full size popsicles. If your popsicle mold has more than six slots, double the recipe to have enough to go around.
