Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz) box elbow noodles, uncooked
  • 4 c. warm water
  • 1 Tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 c. freshly grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 c. freshly grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 - 1 c. milk

Instructions

  • Pour the noodles into the pressure cooker. Add water, garlic powder salt,  and pepper. Stir.
  • Put the lid on the pressure cooker and make sure the vent is set to "sealing".
  • Press the "Manual" button and set the timer to 4 minutes.
  • Once the noodles are done cooking place towel over lid of pressure cooker and switch the vent to venting. When the quick release is done remove lid from pot. 
  • Turn pressure cooker to "saute" and add in cheese and 1/2 c. milk. Mix until cheese is melted. If you would like the cheese sauce thinner add more milk.
