Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • cup white sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 12 ounces beer (you can substitute ginger ale)
  • 3 Tablespoons butter melted

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a 9x5 loaf pan with nonstick spray, set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder salt and beer. This will be sticky. Do not overmix.
  • Place batter in a greased 9x5 inch loaf pan. Pour melted butter of the bread dough.
  • Bake bread in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
