Ingredients

Pork:

  • 2 pound boneless pork loin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 clove garlic finely minced or crushed
  • 1/2 cup water

Glaze:

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar light or dark
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions

  • Combine the salt, pepper and garlic in a small bowl. Rub the mixture over the pork loin.
  • Place pork loin in the crock pot. Pour water over the pork loin and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  • When the pork loin is almost done cooking combine the glaze ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally until the mixture thickens.
  • Remove the pork loin from the crock pot and slice. Place on serving plate and drizzle glaze over the pork loin.
