Parmesan Crock Pot Sweet Potatoes

Slow Cooker Parmesan Sweet Potatoes are packed full of garlic parmesan flavors and make a perfectly easy side dish for a weeknight dinner! Plus, they are even great for the holidays too!

Ingredients

  • 3 large sweet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 4 tbsp butter cubed

Instructions

  • Cut sweet potatoes into large chunks.
  • In a large bowl, mix sweet potatoes with all ingredients. Pour into a slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
  • *Use a slow cooker liner for easy clean up!
