Slow Cooker Ranch Carrots

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs carrots cut into matchsticks
  • 1 onion diced
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tbsp. + 1 tsp. powdered ranch seasoning
  • Salt and pepper
  • Green onions or chives for garnish

Instructions

  • Place carrots, onion, salt, pepper, and 1 tbsp. ranch seasoning into greased slow cooker. Toss. Add butter on top, cover, and cook on high for 3 hours. Sprinkle with remaining ranch seasoning and toss.
  • Serve with a garnish of chives or green onions if desired.

Notes

Add more ranch seasoning to taste.
