- 25 regular Oreo cookies
- 5 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 1/2 cups strawberry ice cream softened
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate ice cream softened
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream softened
To make the crust, place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and process until they are just fine crumbs. Add melted butter and pulse until combined. Press the mixture into a 9-inch deep dish pie pan. Place in freezer for 10 minutes.
Remove from freezer and spread with strawberry ice cream. Return to freezer and freeze until firm, about 15 minutes. Spread chocolate ice cream on top and return to freezer for another 15 minutes. Spread vanilla ice cream on top and freeze until ready to serve.
