Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. light coconut milk
  • 1/4 c. reduced-fat milk you can substitute soy milk, almond milk, etc.
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • 4 large strawberries
  • about 3/4 c. ice
  • 1 tbsp. unsweetened flaked coconut optional

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
