Mexican Sausage Balls

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Bisquick
  • 1 lb. breakfast sausage uncooked
  • 1 4 oz. can diced green chilies
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro
  • 4 cups mexi-blend shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix together using hands. Shape into 1 inch balls.
  • Place on a pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from pan to a serving platter and serve warm.

Notes

*These can be prepared the day before baking and stored in refrigerator. They can also be frozen with no need to defrost before baking. Bake frozen balls for 25 to 30 minutes.
