18 oz package light cream cheese, room temperature
1c.plain low fat Greek yogurt
1/3cup+ 1 1/2 Tbsp Truvia
1tsplemon juice
18 oz container fat free Cool Whip
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl whip the cream cheese until smooth. Add Greek Yogurt and mix until combined and smooth. Add Truvia, lemon juice and mix until combined. Fold in Cool Whip.
Cut angel food cake in half. Place bottom half on cake stand. Spread 2/3 of filling over the top of the angel food cake. Layer with 1/2 of strawberry slices.
Place top half of angel food cake on top of strawberries. Layer with remaining Lemon Filling and strawberries.
