Ingredients

  • 8 whole strawberries
  • 2 whole kiwi
  • 1 whole banana
  • 1/3 cup of regular oats
  • 3/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds

Instructions

  • Place strawberries, kiwi, banana, oats, almond milk, honey, and chia seeds in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Serve cold.
