- 1 12 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 6 c. water
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 12.7 fl oz caramel syrup
- Reddi-Wip
- Caramel Ice Cream Topping
Mix all ingredients together in slow cooker.
Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours.
Pour into mugs and top with Reddi-Wip and caramel topping.
