Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. cocoa
  • 1 12 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 6 c. water
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 12.7 fl oz caramel syrup
  • Reddi-Wip
  • Caramel Ice Cream Topping

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together in slow cooker.
  • Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours.
  • Pour into mugs and top with Reddi-Wip and caramel topping.
