French’s Crunchy Onion Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 c. French’s Cheddar French Fried Onions crushed
  • 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts pounded flat
  • 1 egg beaten

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix together flour and French's Cheddar French Fried Onions.
  • Place beaten egg in bowl.
  • Dip chicken breasts in egg then coat with French Fried Onions on both side. Place in glass baking dish.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
