Ingredients

  • 8 Russet potatoes cooked and diced
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp onion salt
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. butter melted
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 c. crushed corn flakes

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • In a large bowl mix together potatoes, cheddar cheese, onion salt and bread crumbs. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 in casserole dish.
  • In a small bowl mix together milk, butter, salt and pepper. Pour over potato mixture. Top with crushed Corn Flakes.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
