Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp butter room temperature
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter chips

Instructions

  • In a large bowl cream together the sugar, butter and eggs. Add peanut butter and milk and mix until combined.
  • In another bowl sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix into wet mixture until just combined. Stir in peanut butter chips.
  • Divide evenly into muffin tin lined with muffin cups or greased. Fill each cup 2/3's full.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 15-17 minutes or until they test done.
