- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp butter room temperature
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1 c. milk
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 c. peanut butter chips
In a large bowl cream together the sugar, butter and eggs. Add peanut butter and milk and mix until combined.
In another bowl sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix into wet mixture until just combined. Stir in peanut butter chips.
Divide evenly into muffin tin lined with muffin cups or greased. Fill each cup 2/3's full.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15-17 minutes or until they test done.
