Ingredients

  • 10 ounce can original Rotel drained
  • 2 cans corn and diced peppers 15 ounces each, drained
  • 3 green onions chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups Mexican cheese shredded
  • Tortilla chips

Instructions

  • In a bowl mix all ingredients together and chill.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.

Notes

This dip will typically stay fresh for about 3-4 days when stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator. After that, the dip may begin to lose its texture and flavor.
We do not recommend freezing this dip. The texture will not be the same after it is frozen.
