Ingredients

  • 1 Gold'n Plump Pesto Bag in Chicken
  • 4 c. water
  • 4 c. chicken stock
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 Tbsp pesto
  • 1 19 oz bag frozen tortellini
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Bake chicken according to the instructions on the bag. Cool and shred. I did this the night before.
  • In a large saucepan bring chicken, water, chicken stock and garlic to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes.
  • Add tortellini and pesto and boil for 5 minutes.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of soup and serve.
