- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 c. water
- 2 3/4 c. tomato juice
- 1 6 oz can Contadina tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp dried minced onion
- 2 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 7 oz Spaghetti
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
In a skillet, cook ground beef until no longer pink. Drain greased off of hamburger.
Add water, juice, tomato paste and seasonings and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and add spaghetti. Cover and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes, stirring frequently or until spaghetti is cooked to al dente. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
