- 1 19.5 oz Pillsbury Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix + ingredients to prepare (Cake Style)
- 3 c. Edy's peppermint ice cream softened
- 1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Prepare brownie mix according cake style directions on box.
Spread brownie batter on the bottom of a greased pie plate and bake according to directions.
Remove from oven when brownies test done and let cool.
When brownies are cooled mix together peppermint ice cream and 1 c. chocolate chips. Spread over layer of brownies. Sprinkle with Chocolate chips.
Place in freezer until set. Serve!
