Asian Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients

Sauce

  • 1/3 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. hoisin sauce
  • 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger grated

Instructions

  • Prepare Gorton's Simply Bake Shrimp Scampi according to package directions
  • While shrimp is baking prepare linguine noodles according to package directions. Drain and reserve.
  • In a small sauce pan combine ingredients for sauce. When there is about 8 minutes left on shrimp baking time place sauce pan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and simmer 3-5 minutes or until slightly thickened. 
  • Toss together prepared linguine and sauce. Top with shrimp scampi.
