Ingredients

  • ¼ c. ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 1 tsp ground ginger

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together
  • Store in an airtight container

Notes

  • Double-check the expiration dates on your spices before mixing them up. If they are expired, I would toss them and definitely use fresher ones for the best results.
  • After you package your spice mix, label the container with the date. This will make it easy to keep track of when you made it.
  • I like to keep things low maintenance and use ground spices, but if you want to fancy it up feel free to use whole spices and grind them yourself!
  • Apple spice mix is great for gifting! Buy some cute airtight containers (little jars are perfect), divide up the mix and then add a label with a cute tag and ribbon.
