Roasted Air Fryer Potatoes

Tender on the inside and crispy on the outside makes these Air Fryer Potatoes so delicious!

  • 1 pound Yukon gold potatoes cut into one inch pieces
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • Chopped parsley for garnish


  • Cut potatoes into one inch pieces.
  • In a medium size mixing bowl combine everything except parsley. Toss to combine ingredients.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer for 2 minutes at 400 degrees.
  • Add potatoes to the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes. Toss the potatoes in the basket and continue to cook for 8-10 minutes or until tender and crisp.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
