Roasted Air Fryer Potatoes
Tender on the inside and crispy on the outside makes these Air Fryer Potatoes so delicious!
- 1 pound Yukon gold potatoes cut into one inch pieces
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Cut potatoes into one inch pieces.
In a medium size mixing bowl combine everything except parsley. Toss to combine ingredients.
Preheat the Air Fryer for 2 minutes at 400 degrees.
Add potatoes to the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes. Toss the potatoes in the basket and continue to cook for 8-10 minutes or until tender and crisp.
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
