- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp cocoa
- 1/2 c. cream
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
In a small saucepan mix together sugar and cocoa until combined. Add cream and stir.
Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute. Be careful not to scrape down the mixture on the sides of the pans. This will make the fudge crystallize.
Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. Stir until butter is melted. Serve immediately.
